We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return items and request a refund. Except 30 pounds it will be $50 Minimum order
Certain items may be non-refundable or subject to restocking fees.

FAQ's
I'm missing half of my order, what should I do?
If you've placed a large order this may arrive in separate deliveries due to the weight and size of our products. You can check this by heading to your dispatch confirmation email and checking your tracking link. If we've had to send it using more than one parcel, the tracking link will state that the order is 'part delivered'. Please be rest assured the courier has the remainder of your order which is usually delivered the next working day.
Can I am end or cancel my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, we're on it straight away as we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to update or cancel your order after it has been placed as it will have already begun to be processed at our warehouse.
What are your delivery charges?
All orders over £30 are free however if placing a sizeable order, we may contact you to arrange pallet delivery for maximum efficiency and to avoid items getting damaged in transit.
Can I recycle Pawmed Packaging?
Our sleeves and trays for our Wet Food are widely recycled.
